Account risk and disclaimer

Use at your own risk. Account restrictions, suspension or a permanent ban are possible. This unofficial fan-made modification injects third-party code into the game. It is not approved, endorsed or supported by Kuro Games. We have no confirmation that its use is allowed by the game's anti-cheat or account policies.

Anti-cheat or future updates may detect or block the modification. Successful tests, cosmetic-only use, avoiding combat or no previously reported ban do not establish account safety. We cannot predict enforcement, guarantee account access or restore accounts or purchases after a restriction. Do not use it if you are unwilling to accept that risk. Check the current terms for your region and platform.

Kuro's Wuthering Waves terms published with the Steam game address unauthorized third-party programs, bypassing technical measures, cheat detection, suspension and termination. These are the publisher's decisions, not permissions this project can grant. The fan-work guidelines exclude software from their definition of covered derivative works; they are not blanket approval of this mod. This page is not legal advice or a determination of how the publisher will enforce its terms.

No warranty or promise of support

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our original work is provided as is, without warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, uninterrupted operation or account safety. Use may also cause crashes, lost settings or VR discomfort. Stop if you feel unwell. Authors and contributors do not promise updates, continued maintenance, individual help or compensation for account restrictions. Each component's precise license and warranty terms still apply; see licenses.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability or rights where doing so would be unlawful. This disclaimer does not remove rights held by Kuro Games, other rights holders or users under applicable law, nor make unauthorized conduct permitted. It is not a guarantee of legal protection for the authors.

Do not disable or bypass anti-cheat or Windows security protections. Public combined-mod distribution remains pending clarification of upstream rights and a tested first-run package.

Donations

Donations are optional support for a spare-time hobby, not a purchase of future fixes, compatibility or lifetime support. Please do not donate expecting that commitment. Full support expectations.
