Start playing, in your language
A free, unofficial Wuthering Waves VR project. Keep your Xbox controller and make the view comfortable for you.
Launcher controls and this setup guide are translated. Some build descriptions, developer tools and diagnostic errors remain in English. Translations are drafts; this choice does not change the game's or UEVR's language.

Get started
- Extract the whole ZIP to a normal folder, then open WuWa VR Launcher.exe. Keep the app and python folders beside it. You do not need to install Python.
- Connect your headset and start its software. To use the simulator, close WuWa and the injector, then select Use this package's simulator. Switching the system OpenXR runtime asks for Windows permission and takes effect on the next game launch.
- Read and accept the risk notice, choose a build, then Apply & launch. Accept Windows permission for injection and press Play in the game launcher. The standalone official launcher is the tested route; Steam/Epic injection remains unverified.
- L3 + R3 opens UEVR. L3 + B shows/hides HUD and menus; L3 + A recenters; L3 + Menu shows the shortcut sheet; L3 + LB toggles HUD / mouse mode. Close UEVR settings before using gameplay shortcuts.
Everyday Xbox controls
L3 / R3 mean pressing the sticks. View is the two-squares button; Menu is the three-lines button. LB + Y stays the game's normal action.

Comfort and recovery
In HUD placement and visibility, choose a following HUD, adjust size and distance together, or fit it to the optional portal. L3 + B restores a hidden menu. L3 + A recenters your view. The sheet starts enabled in the new supplied profile; L3 + Menu hides it. Existing saved choices are respected.
What still needs work
Use the settings supplied with your build; Native Stereo Fix defaults differ between releases. BUILD GUIDE.html in newer packages lists those values. Reflections, visibility and lighting differences between eyes, and full-animation aiming remain under test. Candidate fixes are not confirmed for every scene. No global time pause is implemented.
Free, fan-made, community-built
Original website, guides and explicitly listed independent work are MIT-licensed. UEVR, community scripts and game content retain their own terms; the combined mod is not wholly MIT. Forks and contributions are welcome where those terms allow.
Please keep access free, credit creators, share improvements and avoid paid repacks or paywalled forks. This is a community request, not an extra MIT condition: MIT permits commercial use and sale.
Credits and license scope (English)Optional support
There is no obligation to donate. Please do not donate if you expect permanent support, updates, personal help or guaranteed compatibility. This is a spare-time hobby and I may pause or stop. Contributions support the work as it is, with nothing owed in return. A GPU upgrade would help local open-weight model experiments and modded VR.
